About me
As an Energy Policy Analyst at the OPUC Ted works on multiple issues facing the utility industry. Topics related to electricity include interconnection modernization, PURPA, resource valuation, reliability, general rate case, as well as gas issues such as purchased gas adjustments, and RNG adjustment mechanism, in addition to other work.
Ted has twenty-five years of experience in utility regulatory and economic evaluations, with prior experience at multiple utilities including Portland General Electric, PacifiCorp, and NW Natural Gas. Work focused on long-term planning, resource procurement, PURPA-related issues, and various GRC/tariff issues.
