About me
Rose Monahan is a staff attorney with Sierra Club's Environmental Law Program where she covers a wide range of environmental and energy law topics. She has represented Sierra Club in dozens of public utility proceedings in Oregon, Washington, Wyoming, Utah, California, and Arizona. Before the Oregon Public Utility Commission, she has been deeply engaged in HB 2021 implementation, utility resource planning, and utility rate cases. Prior to Sierra Club, Rose was an attorney with an environmental nonprofit in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania where she represented clients in state and federal environmental cases.
