About me
Patrick joined BEF in Fall 2024 as the Community Solar Senior Program Manager to facilitate community solar project development throughout Oregon's consumer-owned utility territories as part of the federal Solar For All program. Prior to joining BEF, Patrick worked with the State of Oregon as a program coordinator and policy analyst for public transportation and energy efficiency improvement programs. With an educational background in environmental policy, law and sustainability, he has particular interest in initiatives and solutions that prioritize benefits to underrepresented communities and promote ecosystem health. Patrick earned a Juris Doctorate degree with a certificate in Environmental and Natural Resources Law from the University of Denver.
