Garrett Stephenson is a shareholder in the Portland law office of Schwabe, Williamson & Wyatt. Garrett Stephenson’s natural resource and energy practice focuses on project planning, risk reduction, and permitting. He has substantial experience in electrical transmission and other multi-jurisdictional development projects, including experience with the State Energy Facility Siting Council (EFSC) Site Certificate process and associated state regulatory requirements. He also have considerable recent experience in land use permitting of large industrial facilities, data centers and a complex mineral development project.
